若 App 中提供語音訊息、客服通話或相關功能,麥克風權限僅會在您主動使用相關功能時啟用。
民航快遞不會收集、擷取、處理、分析、儲存、保留、揭露或分享任何臉部資料(Face Data)。
我們不會收集任何臉部辨識資料、臉部幾何資訊、臉部模板、生物特徵識別資訊,或任何由個人臉部衍生出的生物識別資訊。
本 App 不執行人臉識別、人臉驗證、臉部比對、活體檢測、臉部幾何分析或任何其他生物識別身份識別功能。
如果使用者選擇使用 Apple Face ID 進行裝置解鎖或登入驗證,所有生物識別驗證均由 Apple iOS 作業系統透過 LocalAuthentication framework 完成。Face ID 資訊始終安全保存在使用者裝置的 Secure Enclave 中,民航快遞無法存取、收集、接收、儲存或傳輸任何 Face ID 或臉部資料。

我們僅會在達成本隱私權政策所述目的所必要的期間內保存您的個人資訊,或在法律、法規、稅務、會計、審計、爭議解決、反詐騙及合規要求所需期間內保存。
您的帳號資料通常會在您持有有效帳號期間保存。訂單、付款、物流及清關相關資料可能會根據適用法律及商業記錄要求保存較長期間。當保存目的不再存在且法律不再要求保存時,我們會刪除、匿名化或安全處理相關資料。
由於我們不收集任何臉部資料,因此不會保存任何臉部資料,也不存在臉部資料保留期限。
在適用法律允許的範圍內,您可以要求存取、更正、更新、刪除、限制處理或取得您的個人資訊副本。您也可以撤回同意、反對特定處理活動或退出行銷訊息。

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, share, store, and protect personal information when you use the Minhang Express official website (https://minhangexpress.com), the Minhang Express mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

When you register for an account or use our Services, we may collect your username, password, phone number, email address, real name, profile photo, birthday, gender, and other information you choose to provide. To complete courier, logistics, customs clearance, or customer service requests, we may also collect necessary identification documents or sender/recipient information.
When you place an order or make a payment, payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment providers, such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, Visa/Mastercard, or other payment service providers. We do not directly store full credit card numbers, PINs, or complete payment credentials.
We may collect your IP address, browser type, device model, operating system version, App version, access time, pages viewed, feature usage, error logs, crash logs, and other information related to your use of the Services for security monitoring, troubleshooting, service analytics, and user experience improvement.
We may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, analyze website usage, and improve our Services. You may refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
When you place an order through our Services, we may collect order-related information, including item names, sender address, recipient address, contact information, order date, payment amount, shipment status, special instructions, order photos, parcel photos, tracking numbers, and customer support records.
We may collect general location information based on your IP address. If you authorize the App to access device location, we may collect precise location information to find nearby service points, calculate pickup or delivery services, improve logistics services, and provide location-related features. You may disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.
Our App may request the following device permissions for specific features. We do not access related data unless you grant permission.
Camera permission is used only when you choose to use features such as scanning waybills or barcodes, taking parcel photos, uploading logistics or customs documents, uploading customer service images, or updating your profile photo. Images captured through the camera are not used for facial recognition, facial analysis, liveness detection, or any biometric identification purpose.
Photo library permission is used only when you choose to upload images, documents, parcel photos, or profile photos from your device. We do not scan your entire photo library, and we do not analyze faces or biometric features contained in photos.
Notification permission is used to send order status updates, shipment updates, pickup reminders, delivery notifications, account security alerts, customer service replies, and promotional notifications. You may disable notifications at any time in iOS or Android settings.
If the App provides voice messages, customer service calls, or related features, microphone permission is activated only when you choose to use those features.
Minhang Express does not collect, capture, process, analyze, store, retain, disclose, or share any face data.
We do not collect any facial recognition data, facial geometry, facial templates, biometric identifiers, or any other biometric information derived from a person's face.
The App does not perform facial recognition, facial verification, face matching, liveness detection, facial geometry analysis, or any other biometric identification.
If users choose to authenticate using Apple Face ID for device unlocking or login authentication, all biometric authentication is performed exclusively by Apple's iOS operating system through the LocalAuthentication framework. Face ID information remains securely stored within the user's device Secure Enclave, and Minhang Express cannot access, collect, receive, store, or transmit any Face ID or face data.

We may share necessary information with service providers, cloud service providers, IT system providers, data backup providers, security providers, customer support tools, analytics providers, and marketing service providers that are subject to confidentiality obligations and assist us in providing, maintaining, protecting, and improving the Services.
To complete payments, order processing, courier services, logistics, warehousing, customs clearance, delivery, or after-sales services, we may share necessary information with payment service providers, logistics providers, warehouse providers, customs clearance providers, partner merchants, or carriers.
The App may integrate third-party SDKs or services, such as WeChat, Alipay, Twilio, map services, push notification services, crash analytics, or analytics tools. These third parties may process data only as necessary to provide the relevant functionality and are subject to their own privacy policies.
We may disclose necessary information where required by law, regulation, court order, government authority, law enforcement request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or third parties.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, liquidation, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or protections no less protective than those described here.
Minhang Express provides cross-border logistics services. Your personal information may be stored or processed on servers or service provider systems located outside your country or region, including Canada, the United States, or other service locations. When we transfer information internationally, we take reasonable measures to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and this Privacy Policy.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, dispute resolution, anti-fraud, and compliance purposes.
Your account information is generally retained while you maintain an active account. Order, payment, logistics, and customs clearance information may be retained for a longer period in accordance with applicable laws and business record requirements. When retention is no longer necessary and no legal requirement applies, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of the relevant information.
Because we do not collect any face data, we do not retain any face data, and there is no face data retention period.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, update of, deletion of, restriction of processing of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent, object to certain processing activities, or opt out of marketing communications.
You may submit such requests through App account settings or by contacting us. To protect account security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information. If an in-app "Delete Account" function is available, you may submit your request through that function. You may also contact us using the contact information listed in this Privacy Policy.
After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize your account information within a reasonable period, unless we are permitted or required to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, audit, dispute resolution, anti-fraud, transaction record, or compliance purposes.
